In the exercise of front-line activities, Payment Service Agents may avail themselves of employees and collaborators whose list shall be transmitted to OAM.

In performing front-line activities, Payment Service Agents, whether natural persons or partnerships of individuals, may exclusively avail themselves of employees and collaborators duly enrolled in the Special Section of the Register.
Such subjects shall meet the established good repute (onorabilità) and proficiency requirements (attendance of Training Course as per OAM Circular n. 12/13).

Payment Service Agents activity shall not be exercised outside the premises of their official registered offices whereby the service provided involves acquisition of money or other means of payment from clients.
