The central contact point in Italy, pursuant to OAM Circular no. 40/21, pays to the OAM:
- a one-off sum, , compensating for the work costs of the electronic data archive (a prerequisite for sending the information flows through the dedicated Private Area);
- a contribution for the management of the IT system based on the number of transmissions sent.

The payment of the contributions for the management of the computer system must be made at the time of the communication of the data and in any case no later than 20 days after the expiry of each reference quarter.
The central contact point in Italy must make the payment of the contributions for the management of the OAM computer system at the time of communication of the data, namely:
FIRST QUARTER: January-March: by 20 April
SECOND QUARTER: April-June: by 20 July
THIRD QUARTER: July-September: by 20 October
FOURTH QUARTER: October-December: by 20 January
